Yes, according to the information available on the official website of the institute, students are obliged to pay their MSc course fee on an annual basis. This means candidates can break out the total fee into two installments and can pay the first installment for semesters one and two and another installment for the third and fourth semesters. The total tuition fee for the MSc course at IHM Hyderabad is INR 1.9 lakh.  This fee amount is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence is indicative.

IHM Hyderabad and IHM Chennai both accept the scores of NCHMT MSc JEE for admissions to MSc courses. Hence, the admission process is almost identical for both institutions, as the first requirement is candidates must complete their bachelor's degree/ BSc with decent scores, then they must appear for NCHMT MSc JEE, followed by centralised counselling. Therefore, it is hard to determine which institute it is easier to get admission into MSc courses.
Additionally, the seat capacity for both colleges is also the same: IHM Hyderbad and IHM Chennai offer 30 seats in MSc courses.

The total fee for a MSc course at IHM Hyderabad is around INR 1.9 lakh. On the other hand, IHM Mumbai MSc fees is INR 2.6 Lacs for a two-year duration. Hence, IHM Hyderabad is more affordable for MSc courses compared to IHM Mumbai. However, to consider which institute is the best option for MSc, fee structure can be one component that candidates can consider, but several other factors can be counted while competing with the IHMs, such as placement package, college recognition, ranking, accreditation, etc.
