Only a distance learning course wouldn't be of much help, you should have opted for a full time degree course. A PGDM is equivalent to an MBA, you can look for job opportunities and those will depend upon what other qualifications you have.

Both are very average, you should go for Symbiosis, SMU-DE, Welingkar, NMIMS, Amity University-Noida for online cum distance MBA. PGDM and MBA are equivalent, but PGDM has better industry specific curriculum. Hope this helps.

Go for part-time course from IIMs or any other good college. Among the college you mentioned, IMT will be a fine choice.

Any field will be suitable. The field where you want to go for teaching will be the preferred one. You can choose operations, supply chain, marketing, HR, IT, etc. It depends on your exposure and teaching skills. Also, your earlier education background.
