My suggestion goes for interior designing course. Because you will get more opportunities in interior designing than fashion designing.

Diploma in Civil or interior design? Its a typical Shakespearen Dilemma. Frankly speaking both are good choices. Both are in similar fields. I am sure you must be working in a similar environment after doing your ITI since you are already 23 years old, right?
