You certainly can pursue Diploma course in interior design from JD Institute if you have completed your class 12th from a recognised board of education. You can download the institutes' brochure from this webpage for more information:

Your budget is very low and options will be very hard to find. Secondly, you have a BBA so do you want to do a Bachelors in interior design again or a PG Diploma? You must also apply to a relevant programme, otherwise, colleges won't accept you. You must also submit portfolios to demonstr
