No, you will have to clear that exam first and then you can take admission in any of the colleges.

I am not really sure that you can pursue two degrees at a time. Please take help of some elder which could help you better.

No, you can't. You need to complete your 12th standard first and then apply for this course.

There is no entrance exam in this institiute. You can apply directly to the institute for admission.

Engineering in what exactly? Engineering has many branches and all are very different from each other. So, it is hard to tell exactly what is better or the worst. As for B.Sc in interior design, it is a professional course and it can be very good if you do it from a good college. Same goes for B.Tech, if the college is good, so will be the course.
