No, unfortunately you're not eligible for interior design course. According to CEPT University's eligibility criteria, you should have Maths and Physics as mandatory subjects in 10+2. You can apply for Bachelors in Urban Design although. You are eligible for that.

This college does not provide interior design course. It only has commerce, media and business related courses.

Well if you have done civil engineering. Then there is no need to go in interior designing. You will get job in it also. But if you are much passionate about Interior Designing. Then you should pursue a degree in it. You can do Bachelor of Interior Designing from Arch College of Design & Business. This is the most popular college in India.
