inifd is a good choice. not amongst the top but still relatively good. they help you with placements and after your course you can join as intern from where you can develop your career

It would be better if you complete your degree in civil engineering first. However you can go for interior designing also Choice is yours. All the best.

It is advised to clear your compartment exam first and prepare for entrance exams for design. As no god college takes admission with one compartment.
