Qualification Requirements: The minimum qualification required for admission to the B.Tech and the integrated M.Tech. programmes at IIIT-B is a first-class in 10+2 (or equivalent) with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Students expecting to complete the minimum requirement by July 2024 may also apply.

At the postgraduate level, there is IIIT Hyderabad M Tech course available for students. M.Tech is provided in four specialisations such as Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Computer Science & Information Security (CSIS), Computer Aided Structural Engineering (CASE),  and Product Design and Management (PDM).
