To pursue BTech from International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad students need to meet the course eligibility which is that students must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 in Science stream with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. No, candidates can not get into IIIT Hyderabad for BTech without JEE Main. IIT Hyderabad admission process is completely entrance-based for the majority of the programmes. Admission to BTech at IIIT Hyderabad is done on the basis of JEE Main score/ Olympiad (KVPY) or through SPEC (Special Channel of Admission).
