IIIT Hyderabad is one of the top institutes in India for pc and electronics courses.
Admission is very competitive and usually wishes a JEE Mains percentile above ninety eight.
With 51% in JEE Mains, your chances are very low for any branch through the everyday JEE path.

You are eligible for B.Tech admission in 2025 at NSUT, DTU, and IIIT Bangalore, as they require a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM, which you meet.
