Seat intake for B Tech at International Maritime Institute is 80 seats in marine engineering.However, the Indian Maritime University (IMU) in Chennai offers B.Tech in Marine Engineering with a seat intake of 10+2 students. International Maritime Institute only accepts IMUCT admission test for B.Tech entrance exam course, which also applies for both undergraduate diploma, and B.Tech course. Also minimum of 60% in 12th grade is required for first graduate minimum 50% is required for the admission.

International Institute for BTech does not offer any scholarships but if you got good scores in IMM UCET, you could get a sponsorship from a company which will make a placement secure even before the commencement of the course. Though there may be scholarships for other programs in international institute, however, for BTech, there is no scholarship as international Institute is a private institute and is not owned by any government sector.
