For admission to an MSc programme at the International School of Management Studies, the aspirant must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the aspirants who have passed graduation with a 50% aggregate are eligible for admission. In addition, students should have passed the qualifying examination from a recognised board. Candidate must also hold the graduation mark sheet during application form filling and at the time of admission for verification purposes.

The details required for registration are name, user ID, email, city, and create password. Candidates shall ensure that they submit their applications on or before the prescribed deadline.

For admission to an MBA course of ISMS Pune, the aspirants must have the qualifications required by the authorities for selection. Aspirants with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate can apply. Additionally, the minimum aggregate for SC/ST candidates belonging to the Maharashtra state is 45%. Candidates who are in the final year of graduation can also apply. However, the selection of these candidates is subject to fulfilment of the aggregate as prescribed by the authorities.

CAT is one of the accepted exams for MBA course admissions. However, it is not compulsory to have this exam score for selection. ISMS Pune accept other national-level exam scores as well, such as CMAT/MAHCET/ATMA/MAT, etc. Candidates with a valid score of an entrance exam conducted for MBA by deemed universities can also apply. Apart from this, the aspirant must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements.

The institute offers five specialisations under the PGDM course - Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics. There are different electives available under each of the course specialisation. Some of the offered course electives are:
