No, there is no compulsory paper related to class 12th in IPM. However, the concepts will for sure be used in some analytical subjects.

There is no relation between business studies and IPMAT as business related questions don't come in IPMAT paper. They are basically aptitude and verbal based.

You are eligible to apply for IPMAT even if you didn't have Maths in 12th standard. Anyone from any stream can apply for this exam.
