I am currently studying in this college. It is a student driven college, which helps the students in getting a real exposure of the market and current scenario. Events are organized in college by students which help them in interacting with head of companies. There are also conferences organized for specific specialization like, HR Conference, Risk Roulette, Chain Act, etc.
When it comes to faculty, both the in- house and visiting faculty have a great knowledge of their subject and are very helpful and always available for helping students. Faculties provide Harvard Case Studies and various projects which actually help the students. The

No, it's not necessary. Having a work experience has its pros and cons as well. Same goes with fresher. It would be good to have a work experience but it's not necessary. There is no mandatory path. Everyone takes up a route depending on their convenience.

Hi,
To be honest, the scores aren't good enough for you to get into a decent college. With your work experience being not too much, you can still put in more efforts and try next year once again. By then you'd have even longer work experience and another chance at having better scores. Mechanical engineering is best suited for NITIE and IIT Mumbai. You can try for JB or even PUMBA for that matter if you want to stay in Pune.

Guide-Level 12

Kirloskar-Pune's fee is much higher but if you have better percentile then go for Noida. It will give you better opportunities for placements. Kirloskar is definitely low on ROI. But is a decent college.
