YMCA University follows the seat reservation criteria as suggested by the Government of Haryana. As per the official brochure, the university has reserved a total of 20% of the seats for admission of students belonging to the Scheduled Caste. Students must indicate their category while filling out the application form. No changes are made after the release of the merit list.

YMCA University BSc eligibility varies depending on the choice of specialisation. Tabulated below are the course-wise eligibility conditions to be met:
