Sir with 89 percentile in JEE Mains and 80 marks in WBJEE (3000 rank) and 85 % marks in 12 board would I be able to any branch in Jadavpur.

no you are not required to pass 10+2 for diploma and you can apply for BTech through lateral entry

Admission in Jadavpur University is based on WBJEE marks whether it is B.Arch or B.Tech. You need to have some minimum marks in NATA for B.Arch and you need at least 4500 rank in WBJEE for getting a seat.

Your marks of class12 in physics, chemistry and maths would be considered for admission to B.Sc. Physics.
