Candidates have to meet certain criteria for admission into Jadavpur University through WBJEE. They should have passed 12th class examination in the Science stream in West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board. The students should have individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. No, JEE Main is not neccessary for admission to BE at Jadavpur University. Jadavpur University accepts WBJEE for BE admission. The WBJEE Cutoff 2024 was released for Jadavpur University. The Cutoff was released category-wise for AI and HS quota candidates. Candidates can find the course-wise closing cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates in the table below:
