Yes, B.A in Jai Hind College is better than VES's College of Arts, Science & Commerce in many ways. Jai Hind College provides the median salary package of INR 3.6 LPA while VES's College of Arts, Science & Commerce provides a salary package of only INR 2.6 LPA. Out of 5, Jai Hind College has been rated 4 for Placements, 4.4 for Infrastructure, 4.4 for Faculty & Course Curriculum, 4.8 for Crowd & Campus Life, and 4.5 with regards to value for money, which is far better than VES's College of Arts, Science & Commerce.

A total number of 335 seats are offered by Jai Hind College for BSc. 60 seats are offered to BSc Information Technology students, 35 seats to the BSc Biotechnology students and 240 seats to the BSc students. Students who have done Diploma or Post Diploma in IT from a recognised board can take admission to 2nd year of the degree programme directly. The cutoff for B.Sc. Information Technology at Jai Hind College was 92 in the year 2023, in 2022 it was 70.07 and in the year 2022 it was 79.17 in the year 2021 for General Category and 80 for the rest of the categories in the year 2023. The eligibility criteria for this is a person must have passed class 12 examination with 45% aggregate from recognised boards such as CBSE, ISC, Maharashtra HSC or any other state boards. They should have selected Mathematics and Statistics as one of their subjects.

Jai Hind College accepts exam scores of class 12 from CBSE, Maharashtra HSC, ISC or any government-recognized board of education for taking admission in Bachelor of Arts (Advertising & Journalism). There is no such criteria for minimum marks available on the official website of the college. However, it is always good to check on the website before you apply for the course, Bachelor of Arts (Advertising & Journalism). Jai Hind College's website has not given any score restriction for any field of B.A course, on their official website. The only eligibility criteria that has been provided by the college is that the candidate who wants to get enrolled should register for admission through their official website and the candidate must have passed standard class 12 from Maharashtra HSC, CBSE, ISC or their equivalent recognised board. The whole brochure regarding eligibility criteria and required marks is available on the official website of the college.

Yes, there is a chance for you to be enrolled in B.Sc. IT at Jai Hind College with 55% marks in Maharashtra HSC. The eligibility criteria for this course is one must have scored 45% in the Maharashtra HSC, CBSE, or ISC examination in class 12, with Mathematics and Statistics as one of its subjects. However, one can also be enrolled in the course if one has done Diploma or post Diploma in IT from a recognised board, in this situation a person will be eligible for admission directly in 2nd year of the degree program.

No, Jai Hind College is not expensive in comparison with K.P.B Hinduja College of Commerce. Talking about the fee structure of various courses like B.Sc., Jai Hind College's fee starts from INR 2,75,000 but K.P.B Hinduja College of Commerce's fee starts from INR 77.9K. Jai Hind College's fee for B. A starts from INR 2,36,000 but K.P.B Hinduja College of Commerce's fee starts from INR 53,000, which is way expensive than Jai Hind College. Also, Jai Hind College provides more variety of fields in both B.A and B.Sc. than K.P.B Hinduja College of Commerce.
