Yes, you are eligible and do check the eligibility criteria below-
A candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Mathematics as one of the passed subjects from CBSE or any other Board recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto, securing at least 50

Yes, they take entrance exam for BCA admission. And it is mandatory to qualify there entrance exam to get admission there. So, you should focus on there entrance exam. Good luck.

No, you will not be able to apply for BCA on the basis of your class 10 marks. You will have to clear class 12 examinations to be eligible. Please check for a detailed eligibility for this course from the criteria mentioned below:
