Jamia Hamdard

Every academic year, at the beginning of admission, Jamia Hamdard posts its most updated entrance requirements, or prospectus, on its official website. Students must adhere to the procedure and review the eligibility and selection requirements specific to the course. All of the courses have entrance requirements or merit-based admissions. For example, JEE Main and NEET UG tests are required for admission to the BTech and MBBS programmes. On the other hand, entrance to courses like BCA is based on merit in the best five subjects from Class 12. A number of the deemed-to-be University's UG courses, including BA, BA (Hons), BSc (Hons), BBA, BJMC, and BCom, also accept the CUET UG, which is administered by NTA.

Aspirants wishing to pursue MBA from Jamia Hamdard have to fulfil the basic eligibility requirement. Below is detailed eligibility for MBA courses:

• Aspirants who have passed a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate or CGPA 5 on the 10-point scale can apply for Jamia Hamdard MBA course.
• Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply. Their final admission is subject to the availability of final mark sheet/ provisional degree. Candidates from final year of the graduate programme need to submit the aggregate marks up to the fourth semester (for 3 year UG programme) and should be a minimum of 50% or CGPA 5 on a 10-Point Scale.
• Aspirants need to complete bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ discipline with at least 50% aggregate for MBA Pharmaceutical Management.

Jamia Hamdard offers admission to MBA based on national-level Management entrance exam like CAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT, GPAT, or ATMA. However, if candidate has not appeared for any of the accepted entrance exam, they can stil get admission to MBA course. Candidates need to fufill any of the below conditions to get exemption from the entrance exam:

• Mid-career professionals with two years of work experience (after graduation).
• Aspirants in their final year of UG programme with four-year or above duration (BE/ BTech/ MBBS/ BA LLB, etc.) need to submit the aggregate marks up to sixth semester.
• Candidates who have obtained first division in at least two examinations out of three i.e. Class 10, Class 12, undergraduate with second division in the third examination. However, no candidates will be called for
  GD & PI if they failed to secure a minimum 50% or 5 CGPA on a 10-point Scale in their graduation.
• Candidates who have completed UG programme of four-year or above duration (BE/ BTech/ MBBS/ BA LLB, etc.) with at least 50% aggregate or CGPA of 5 on a 10 point scale
