I am not sure that JMI provides lateral entry for B.Tech courses or BE because there is nothing given about it on their website.

This is the first time Jamia will take admission through JEE Mains(score or rank, not decided yet).
You need to score more than 140 marks in JEE Main to get these branches and your rank should be under 35,000(tentative).

I am a student of B.Tech in Computer Engineering in Jamia Millia Islamia. I wanted to enlighten you that Jamia Millia Islamia does not offer B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering. Jamia Millia Islamia has five branches for engineering namely Computer, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics & Communication.

Your marks should be more than 55% in bachelor programme for being eligible for the exam. You have to score more than the cutoff in your applied course. The cutoff is released after the exam so it is quite tough to say what would be the cutoff of the exam.
