The avg placement package is 4.5 lakhs.but not necessarily get placed at that package.you might get placed at 3 lakhs also.and highest goes upto 10 lakhs.

What will be the placement stats of HR for a fresher and I have saw somewhere that average stands 5-6 lacs but this website is showing 3 lac

There are no exact stats available for particularly hr placements.however as per what we get to hear in college the avg package of hr is less than that of marketing.approx the avg package for hr is 3-4 lakhs.
