No, you can't get admission to the B.Sc. in Biotechnology at Jamia Millia Islamia with a NEET score. Admission to this program is based on the CUET (conducted by NTA) or the JMI entrance exam.
Eligibility criteria
You must pass Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board with at least 55% marks in PCM
You must pass Intermediate with at least 50% marks from any board
You must have Chemistry and Mathematics as your main subjects

Here are the details about bond amount, attendance rules and new fee structure for the BPT course at Jamia:
1)Tution fees: It is Rs. 98100 for the whole course duration that is 4.5years.
2) Hostel fees:For the full BPT course , Rs.1.57 Lakhs will be charged for on campus accomodation.
3) Minimum required attendance percentage is: 75
4)From this year onwards , no bond amount is applicable , You should once check when you apply through enquiry portal of university.

I do not have access to the most up-to-date course catalogs for specific universities. University offerings can change. Therefore, I can't definitively say whether Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) currently offers an MBA in Hospital and Health Care Management.

There is no problem if you have uploaded a black and white photo graph in your JMI application form. You should contact admission department of JMI for the problem. Provide them your application details and they will suggest you the methods to correct this mistake. You should always address such mistakes early in the application form.
