Yes Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS, Mumbai) conducts rigorous selection process that consists of personal assessment phase following the entrance exam like MAH-CET, CAT etc. The final round typically has a group activity, personal interview (PI) & written ability test (WAT). 

The process evaluates students on their communication, analytical skills & profile, which includes academic record & work experience.

JBIMS Mumbai,  offers a two year full time Masters in Management Studies program, structured into four semesters which focuses on core management in first year and specialisations like Finance, Marketing, Operations, Systems, HR in second.
