Of course, you are qualified for Advanced paper, but you have to work hard to get admission in IIT as there is no chance for NIT.

Typically, to qualify for JEE Advanced one's rank should be below 1, 50,000. If it is above that, it's not possible to qualify for JEE Advanced. Better take a year gap and attempt in the next year.

You have to wait for the cut-off in that much marks. But if you score 50+, you are eligible for JEE Advanced. But its more likely that you will get your chance. Regards.
