Hello Ripunjoy,
Yes, at first glance it looks like that you are eligible for appearing for Mains and Advanced exams. But there are some more eligibility criteria. I would suggest you to download and read it carefully.

Hi,
You belong to OBC Category. The cut off marks for OBC this year is 49.
Since you did not score 49 or above, you are NOT ELIGIBLE to write JEE Advanced.
But, with this score you may get any good college other than NIT,IIITs or GFTIs provided you must have a good score in your board exams.

For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12thclass examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards.

Your going to JEE Advanced which depends on your reservation quota. The cut-off marks for general is 81 marks, 49 for OBC, 32 for SC and 27 for ST. Your 12th exam marks plays no part in going to give JEE Advanced. If you're unreserved, you have to give the exam again next year. Other than that, you will qualify for this year's JEE Advanced.
Best of luck for your future.

You have scored above the cut-off. So, you can write JEE Advanced.
You cannot get any IIT without JEE Advanced.
You may get NITs but not the best ones as the cut-off is 49.
The application for JEE Advanced open tomorrow. So, do it well.
All the best.
