At this stage, there is no IIT available for you.
However, you may get predatory course in IITs.

No, that is not possible. The overall percentage in class 12th should be at least 75% marks and the minimum aggregate in PCM should be 75%. There is no provision to add EVS marks.
This is the same for JEE main also.

If you have failed to appear for JEE Advance this year, you have to reappear for JEE Mains next year and then qualify to appear for JEE Advance again and then you can give JEE Advanced i.e next year.

Yes, at first glance it looks like that you are eligible for appearing for Mains and Advanced exams. But there are some more eligibility criteria. I would suggest you to download and read it carefully.

You belong to OBC Category. The cut off marks for OBC this year is 49.
Since you did not score 49 or above, you are NOT ELIGIBLE to write JEE Advanced.
But, with this score you may get any good college other than NIT,IIITs or GFTIs provided you must have a good score in your board exams.
