Yes, Usha Martin University accepts JEE Main score for BTech admissions. Moreover, candidates seeking admission to UMU BTech courses must fulfill the eligibility criteria. To be eligible, the students must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate. In addition to that, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths as main subjects in Class 12. The further selection of candidates is made based on JEE Main score. The university also accepts CUET scores for its BTech admissions.

No, a score of 98 will get it into a rank of 55,000 to 75,000 which is not enough to get into BIT Patna if you are a General candidate. You need approximately 35000 rank which is around 120+ marks to get into B.E. CSE at Birla Institute of Technology. You can take admission in mechanical or civil engineering of this college.

Scoring a 44 in JEE Mains unfortunately won't qualify you for JEE Advanced this year, even with the reserved category benefit for SC candidates. To participate in JEE Advanced, you need to secure a much higher percentile in JEE Mains. The cut-off for SC typically hovers around 60 percentile, which translates to a much higher score than 44.

Sorry but you won't be able to get any NIT with this marks as one must score at least 75 percent in the board examination to get into NIT or IIT.
