The last rank for B.Tech admission via JEE Main for other state SC category varies by college and branch. In NITs, SC students from other states usually get CSE up to 1.5–2 Lacs rank, and lower branches may go up to 5–6 lakh. Check JoSAA's previous year cutoff for exact data.

Considering that you belong to SC category and have scored 70 percentile in JEE Mains and 60% in class 12th board there are slight chances that you may make it to NIT Bhopal. There is no guaranteed assurance that you will definitely get admission but there are slight chances.

For M.Sc Mathematics admissions in NITs, the entrance exam is typically IIT JAM, not JEE Mains.
You particularly have to give IIT JAM for M.Sc.

NITs: You may get core branches like Mechanical, Civil, Chemical in newer NITs (like NIT Nagaland, NIT Mizoram, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, etc.), and possibly non-core branches in mid-tier NITs.
Home State Quota: You'll get a better branch in your home state NIT.
Private Colleges (with JEE counselling) – Like LNMIIT, Shiv Nadar, UPES, or private options through JEE scores.

Yes, RGUKT (IIIT Basara): Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technology does not require JEE scores for admission. Instead, merit of the last qualifying exam is accepted. This is Class/SSC or any other equivalent examination for UG courses and graduation marks forPG courses. Candidates must apply for admission by submittimg the marksheets and certificates for the same.

It is highly unlikely to get Mathematics and Computing at DTU with a 93.66 percentile in JEE Main, especially for an OBC-NCL candidate with Delhi home state quota. While your percentile is good, the cutoff for this highly competitive branch is generally much higher.

I cannot tell it based on your marks in 12th.
You have to give your marks in JEE Mains for further questions.
As per the admission procedure of government college in engineering you have to get more than 90 percentile in JEE Mains for CSE branch and also if you have state CET exam for admission you have to score 99th percentile.
