There is no restriction in any NITs regarding the number of attempts for B.Tech admissions. Admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs for the candidates from India at NITs, IIITs, Other centrally funded Technical Institutions shall be based on the ranks in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). In my opinion, you may get CSE in any of the NIT easily. You have some patience while counselling and goes till last round if counselling starts. You surely get CSE in NITs.
