Unfortunately, with a JEE Main AIR of 60,000, you cannot get into an IIT, as IIT admissions are through JEE Advanced, not JEE Main. However, with AIR 60,000 in JEE Main, you can target top NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs for ECE. Some good options include:-
1)IIIT Lucknow / IIIT Nagpur
2)NIT Raipur / NIT Goa / NIT Sikkim
3)IIIT Bhubaneswar (State quota)
4)GFTIs like Assam University

Students looking forward to take admission in the BE at the Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Lavale. The admission is based on the merit scored in entrnace exams. Students can also appear for MAH-CET and secure good marks. Therefore, it is not mandatory for students to appear for the JEE Mains, rather students can also take state level entrance exams.

Yes, students seeking Reva University BTech admissions can secure their seats without appearing for the JEE Main exam. The university conducts its own in-house entrance exam called REVA CET, which inducts students to a variety of programs. Further, students can also apply on the basis of any of the external entrance tests like KCET, JEE Main, COMEDK UGET, Uni-GAUGE, JEE Advanced, among others.
