Yes, you will get the option for general EWS category at the time of filling the application form for the counselling. You should keep EWS certificate ready for verification at the time of counselling.

Less chances for you to get CSE, but you can get other departments like ECE, EEE, Mech, Civil and Chemical.

No, 75% marks are compulsory to take admission in NIT and no composition is considered now.

I would suggest you go for B.Sc or any other Bachelor's degree course instead of any engineering degree course.
