Well with 62 percentile it would be difficult for you to get ECE at MIT WPU , but still apply for the B.Tech admission programme of the college. You may get admitted in 2nd or 3rd round.

As you got a very low score at your JEE there are no chances that u would get any government colleges, I would suggest you for trying private institution for your higher education.

As you said that you have scored 79.11 percentile and you belong to general category, sorry to say but 90.31 percentile is the cut off for JEE Mains, so keep your hopes low.
