For JEE:
The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

As per the information, we are having currently you can't get to know the marks you got in your exam due to the policies of the new exam conducting body which is National testing agency NTA, because it will be declared after the April JEE Mains exam as after that there is a major change in the overall ranks. So, the final result with all the required information will be out then only. You can know is your appx. Rank as per the current basis. If you want to know your rank you should give your home state to me as you have filled in the JEE Mains I'll do the work for you.

For preparing both the exams simultaneously, you need to diligently plan your entire day. See below how-
1. Make a realistic timetable of your daily activities. Try sticking to this schedule of yours.
2. NCERT books are great for both boards and competitive exams. Complete syllabus from these books on priority.
3. To score well in boards, covering a substantial portion of NCERT is enough. Make sure you solve sample papers released by CBSE.

Yes absolutely, the exam conducting authority National Testing Agency NTA from this year will be conducting JEE Main twice a year (January and April). If a student by any reason misses the first attempt, he/she can fill the application form for the second attempt. A student who has given JEE in January can also re-appear for the April attempt if he feels he can score better. So, don't worry you are eligible.
As per the information brochure release by NTA, the online submission of application forms will start from 08 February to 07 March. Keep an eye on the official website www.nta.ac.in or www.jeemain.nic.in.

No, best one will be considered. So it is not compulsory to appear in both exams.
