The 2-hour JEXPO exam, worth 100 marks, is required for students to be admitted to the engineering and technology Diploma programs. Multiple-choice questions will be asked, and answers must be entered on machine-gradable answer sheets (OMR sheets), which have been expressly prepared for this purpose. JEXPO is a state level Polytechnic entrance exam which is conducted by the West Bengal state council of technical education. JEXPO stands for the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics. Yes I think if you are from uttarpradesh and applied for { jeecup} than it is good rank to get admission in government college. College may be low rated but that will be government college. o get the admission in the JEXPO college for Polytechnic you should be in the top 1500 ranks. The applicant needs to be a permanent resident of West Bengal and an Indian citizen. Prior to applying for the admission exam, the candidate's Class 10th qualifying exam score had to be at least 35%. JEXPO process is held for 1st year Diploma courses in engineering and technology, while VOCLET process is for lateral entry into 2nd year Diploma courses in engineering and technology. For VOCLET, students need Class 12 certificate of Science stream or ITI certificate. JEXPO  is for new students wanting to start diploma program.

The authorities will conduct around three rounds of JEXPO counselling 2025 which will be followed by a special round if seats are left vacant. Candidates will be able to participate in the JEXPO counselling 2025 online. For every round of counselling, a fresh choice will be accepted by the authorities. Candidates need to participate in the JEXPO counselling process for admissions into the courses offered by the participating institutes. If the candidates are not satisfied with their allotment, then they can apply for the next round of counselling.

The authorities will conduct the JEXPO counselling 2025 in an online mode. Those candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of the JEXPO merit list 2025 will be called for the counselling process. Eligible candidates need to register online in order to participate in the JEXPO counselling 2025. On the basis of the JEXPO merit score, the availability of seats, and the preferences set by the candidates, the JEXPO 2025 seat allotment will be done. Candidates who will be allotted seats in JEXPO 2025 counselling will have two options: either accept the seat or opt for auto-upgradation.
