The authorities will conduct the JEXPO counselling 2025 in an online mode. Those candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of the JEXPO merit list 2025 will be called for the counselling process. Eligible candidates need to register online in order to participate in the JEXPO counselling 2025. On the basis of the JEXPO merit score, the availability of seats, and the preferences set by the candidates, the JEXPO 2025 seat allotment will be done. Candidates who will be allotted seats in JEXPO 2025 counselling will have two options: either accept the seat or opt for auto-upgradation.

If a candidate is not satisfied with his or her JEXPO 2025 result, he or she can apply for revaluation. The process of revaluation will be conducted by the WBSCTE. The candidate can use their enrollment number to check the JEXPO 2025 merit list. The JEXPO 2025 merit list will be prepared based on the candidates' performance in the entrance examination and will contain the names of all the qualified candidates shortlisted as per their scores. No, JEXPO results will be announced online only, and candidates will not receive any rank card in hard copy. The West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development will release the JEXPO 2025 result on the official website.

The JEXPO 2024 application form will be available in online mode only. Candidates need to complete the basic registration process, including personal details, academic details, contact details, etc. It is also advised that candidates check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. Then, upload the scanned documents. It should be kept in mind while filling out the application form that the details should be correct, as there will be no correction facility provided to the candidates. Finally, submit the form and take the printout for future reference.

As per the brochure of JEXPO, candidates may get admission in the first year in some newly introduced polytechnics and some newly introduced Diploma courses in the existing polytechnics, subject to the availability of approval from the AICTE and affiliation with the WBSCT and VE&SD (TED). Details in this regard will be available at the time of the JEXPO counselling.

- It is advised that the candidates read all the instructions carefully before filling out the application form.
- Fill in the boxes with English capital letters.
- Mention the date of birth carefully, as instructed.

The candidate will not get a duplicate copy of the JEXPO admit card at the exam centre. Therefore, it is advised that candidates keep their admit cards with them while going for the JEXPO exam. Also, read all the instructions carefully mentioned on the JEXPO admit card.

- JEXPO exam books
- Guides
- Mobile phone
- Calculator or any other electronic gadget inside the examination hall.
