The course fees for the two years M.Tech in IIIT Ranchi range from INR 2.5 Lacs - INR 7.5 lakh. The fees varies per the specialisations candidates wanst to pursue for. The MTech fees might include multiple other fee components. Candidates must make the fee payments during document verification at the campus.

The course fees for the four years BTech in IIIT Ranchi around INR 8.8 lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a one-time admission fee of amount INR 1.56 Lakh, and a hostel fee of amount INR 2.88 Lacs that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee.

These are the facilities available at Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University:

- Library is available
- Well-equipped labs for different subjects
- Auditorium is available.
- university conducts yoga classes and sports events
- Canteen is also available

NSUT Jamshedpur offers 8 specializations in B.Tech. The course fee lies in the range of INR 2.1 -2.8 Lakh. The admission is based on class 12th scores only. So, the university offer a good range of specialisation and the fee is also cheaper than other colleges.
Considering the placement records, the highest package offered was INR 10 LPA and the average package was INR 5.95 LPA. The placement rate is 71% for UG and 57% for PG students. ROI is good, however, the placement rate is average.
Overall, it is an average college for B.Tech.
