Can you guide regarding MBBS entrance exams and cut-off ranks for general category?

There are national level exams like AIIMS and NEET. Through AIIMS exam you can get into AIIMS and through NEET you can get a government medical college all over India. NEET exam is of 720 marks where the cutoff for general category stays near about 550 or more.
