There is no private college in India for admission in MBBS below 10 lacs. The minimum fees is 30 lacs in a private college.

Yes, there will be a stipend for MBBS in any college you complete your 4.5 years. You'll get stipend while doing internship from the same college.

According to last year data, 60000 rank for sc category was the border or almost closing rank t that too by phase-3 in Telangana. But we cannot say anything for sure as the cut off varies every year. Anyway, you have few chances. But you can easily get a seat. Or a government. Dental seat. Hope this was helpful.
