You can get admission through AP EAMCET for btech there will be no direct admission into regular B.Tech except through counselling and cutoff for admission is for general branch CSE you need 500-2000 and obc you need 2000-5000 and for sc/st you need 5000/15000 . There is no exact cutoff but through this you will get a general Idea.Getting into JNTUA CEA is not easy, but not impossible either. If you're a serious and focused student, especially from AP, and you prepare well for EAPCET, your chances are good.

To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the AP EAMCET exam and score valid marks to be selected for the course.

JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu is a known college because it gives best return on investment as the total fees is INR 4 Lacs for whole 4 year programme. It is a government college and placements are quite good as the average placement for BTech is INR 5 LPA and for MBA it is INR 6 LPA.
