First of all it is about the interest and the zeal to make a career in journalism. The first eligibility criterion is your own “will” to pursue a course in journalism. Once you have figured out and are serious about making a career in journalism, the next step is meeting the minimum educational qualification which is 10+2 to appear in any mass communication entrance exams conducted by the Indian Institute of Mass Communication or the Jamila Milia Islamia or the Delhi University etc. Students who qualify in any of these entrance exams are eligible to pursue a course in journalism.

Candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 45% aggregate from a recognised university or college to apply for MA at College of Communication, Culture & Media, MGM University. Students awaiting their examination results can also apply for the MA programme.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible to apply for BA programme at College of Communication, Culture & Media, MGM University. Students awaiting their examination results are also eligible to apply for this course.

The eligibility requirements for admission to both offered BA specialisation at BA in Journalism & Political Science are almost the same. Which includes candidates first completing their Class 12 from a recognised board of education in any stream. Further, the selection process is based on merit evaluated on Class 12 scores, followed by counseling/ an interview.

The candidates who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility parameters of Journalism courses to get selected for admission to best college for top Mass Communication colleges in Pune:

Though it's mentioned, in more general terms, most PG Diploma eligibility criteria for Azaz Rizvi College of Journalism and Mass Communication quite simply state, Programmes are open to those who hold a Bachelor's degree from any recognised university. This Bachelor could be in any stream-be it arts, commerce, science, engineering, etc.
