For admission to the UG/PG courses of Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology (JVIT), the candidates needed to fulfil the eligibility criteria only. UG (B.E): 50% marks in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry Mathematics) for the general category, 10% for SC/ST/OBC. Entrance exams: For KCET there is an 85% percentile while for COMEDK/JEE Main there is only a 15% percentile. Lateral entry: Diploma (50% aggregate). PG (M.Tech): 50% of the total marks in B.E/B.Tech An entrance test: GATE/PGCET. Document verification is also involved in setting and implementing eligibility criteria. Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology will be a private engineering college situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. JVIT was set up in 2001 and it is associated with VTU and recognised by AICTE. JVIT - Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology COMEDK Round 2 cutoff for Information Technology is 63938 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in JVIT - Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology.

JVIT - Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology BTech cutoff 2023 for Information Technology was 63938 for SC and 63938 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
