You should be able to get RM, Communications and FS through counseling. However, you may be able to crack IB through the waitlist. This will become clearer only after counseling, when you get your waitlist number. Last year, IB closed around 800.

Chances of FS are slim, as it closed around 1500 last year. However, as the procedure has changed this year, even i cannot say with certainty. I suggest you attend counseling and get yourself wait listed for the course. We will have a better idea based on your waitlist number.

As part of RM, you will essentially be a marketing student. As such, you will be allowed to sit for all marketing profiles which the college gets like Business development, b2b sales, product management, deputy manager etc. Moreover, as the course is oriented towards the retail sector, it may give you an edge if a retail company comes for recruitment.

You have a great chance of getting either Comm or RM. Communications, as a course, is more oriented towards the advertising sector. So more focus will be on brand creation, brand management etc. However, it is still a marketing course and you will be allowed to sit for all marketing profiles on offer. Companies themselves do not differentiate between courses and will select your only the best, irrespective of the course.

The admission through CAP is only through CET score. MAT is not accepted by the DTE.

Unfortunately, this is too specific to keep track of. Each company has a different package, and may even offer different packages based on profile, experience etc. So i cannot answer your question. Just know that the average package stated is quite accurate. You should be able to go by this figure and expect a package somewhere around it.

Just know that the average package stated is quite accurate, as a lot of companies were certainly offering packages around 9 lakhs.

You might have a chance of getting Communications. If you're interested in marketing, I suggest you get yourself waitlisted for it (if you don't get it through counselling). The ranks closed around 2800 last year.

If you're a Maharashtra State student, you can certainly get admission, as the cutoff for k j last year was 98.2 percentile. However, for OMS, the cutoff was 99.91 percentile.
