To get a DPharma seat at Kalinga University you need to pass the Eligibility Test which is generally 50% in your Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics) after passing out from 10+2. The admission process generally consists of an application form on the university website, uploading necessary documents and payment for that particular course. While for some programs you might have to sit in an entrance test and personal interview. You are suggested to visit the official website of the university for exact admission dates, requirements, and procedures.

Raipur's Kalinga University is normally categorised as a Tier 2 university. Even though it has made progress in strengthening its academic and research capacities and provides a broad range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs across numerous fields, it does not yet have the same level of national and international reputation as Tier 1 universities. Rather of competing on a worldwide scale, Kalinga University concentrates on offering high-quality education with a focus on employability and practical skills, particularly catering to regional and national students.
