Enrollment in the courses is through the KALSEE qualifying examination. Candidates are also required to complete an application form. As per the university's admission guidelines, candidates must appear for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) an entrance exam conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Kalinga University. Candidates must complete twelve years of school education from any recognised board to be eligible for the KALSEE exam.

Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) is conduted to provide admission to Kalinga University's offered programme. KALSEE exam pattern question papers for UG and PG courses contain total 90 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that candidates need to attempt in 90 minutes. Yes, Kalinga University does offers scholarships for the BBA course. The scholarships offered are as below:
- 50% Scholarships on tuition fee to the wards and sibling of Martyred Personnel of Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Central and State paramilitary forces and Police.

Kalinga University for BBA admission 2025 is open now. For BBA admission, candidates must have completed twelve years of school education first.
