Kalinga University has a good record of placements. During the 2021 placements, 809 students were placed in reputed companies. Out of the total students placed, 405 students were from the UG programmes and 404 were from the PG programmes. Kalinga University placement report 2023 is yet to be published on the official website. However, the NIRF report 2023 is released. As per the report,  475 UG and 426 PG students were placed during Kalinga University placements 2022. The median package offered to UG students ranged between INR 2.5 LPA and INR 4.2 LPA,  respectively. For PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) courses, the median package stood at INR 2.55 LPA and INR 4.5 LPA, respectively.

Kalinga University offers BSc in Forencsic Science for a period of three years. The programme is spread across six semesters. Each semester includes core subjects related to Forensix Science. Kalinga University offers BSc in Biotechnology in regular for a period of three years. The programme is spread across six semesters. Each semesters is graded with a total marks of 550 which is a combination of both enternal and external marks. The Biotechnology curriculum covers basic concepts of biology,  biotechnology, molecular biology, genomics and proteomics, Recombinant DNA technology, etc. The main objective of the programme is to equip post-graduates with advanced skills, knowledge, and research aptitude to pursue higher education, entrepreneurship, or research and development in various areas of health, research, and industry.

Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) is an entrance exam conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Kalinga University to offer admission to BSc. 

To fill out the KALSEE application form 2024, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of Kalinga University – kalingauniversity.ac.in.
• Click on the link available for filling up the application form.
• Fill in all details asked in the application form such as Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, etc.
• Once all details are filled in, review the online form and click on the Submit button. The KALSEE application will be submitted.
• Now pay the KALSEE application fee in online mode via credit card/debit card/internet banking. 
• Once the application fee is successfully paid, the candidate's KALSEE application process will be complete.

In order to be admitted to the BSc programme at Kalinga University, candidates are required to complete the application process for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). This involves filling out an online application form, which includes several steps that must be completed by the candidate.

Step 2: On the left side corner of the home page, click on the link 'Kalsee 2024 Apply Now!'.

Step 3: Candidates will be directed to the KALSEE exam page, where they have to register online for the exam.

Step 4: Now fill out the online application form with all the details.

Step 5: Attach all the required documents to the application form.

Step 6: After applying, candidates must pay an application fee of INR 1,200.
