For Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture BArch course admission, the candidate should have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination with atleast than 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). They should also be NATA-qualified according to the standards of the Council of Architecture (COA).

Manipal School of Information Sciences conducts its own entrance test called the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). Candidates wishing to secure a seat in the M.Tech programme are requried to appear for the same. Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the exam.
Note: Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2025 will be a common entrance test for admission to the M.Tech programs offered by Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) and M.E programs offered by Manipal School of Information Sciences (MSIS). The entrance examination will be followed by a online M.Tech / M.E Common Counseling Process for MET rank holders only.

IIIT Dharwad has a decent placement record. Over the years, the institute has maintained a placement rate of over 65%. So far, 66% of the students have been placed during the IIIT Dharwad BTech placements 2025. The placement drive is still ongoing. A total of 77 companies have visited the campus and 130 offers have already been made.
As compared to the previous year, the highest pacakge offered during IIIT Dharwad placements has increased from INR 46 LPA in 2024 to INR 61 LPA in 2025. The average package so far is INR 10 LPA. It was INR 9.54 LPA in 2024.
