I would not be the right one to tell you which one to choose as it left to your discretion. I can guide you regarding the details you want on NSB. Other colleges, I'm not sure. These days almost all states have put in restrictions on admission to engineering colleges in their respective states. Only domiciles can take admission. Of course some seats are reserved for NRI & some for FN's. Some states have certain seats reserved for all india quota meaning for students from other states. In Tamil Nadu its the Anna University which is designated agency. You will find all required information on their webpage.
