SRM University is far better than Acharya Institute of Technology and Jain University.
So try to go for SRM University instead of these two.

Hello Rupayan,
Normally no state is allowing lateral admission in 2nd year to a student from another state. From another angle, NIT's are refusing to accept diploma as equivalent to 12th even if IIT's are accepting. Your best bet is to do Graduation from WB only.
