Most colleges have a provision for management quota. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. For list of institutes offering B.Tech CSE in Bangalore, kindly refer the link blow:

Dear Shiva.
Its Mysore university coz of its good reputation and being one of the oldest in country. though bangalore university too got good reputation. but still i recommend to go for mysore university.
